Service Policy

Appointment Scheduling:

 

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-in appointments are welcome but are subject to Hair care specialist availability.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

We understand that circumstances may arise, necessitating the rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $25.00.

 

Late Arrivals:

 

We strive to ensure timely service for all our guest. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that tardiness may result in a shortened appointment to avoid inconveniencing another guest. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will automatically be canceled.

 

Service Satisfaction:

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us immediately so that we may address your concerns. We welcome feedback and appreciate the opportunity to exceed your expectations.

 

Sanitation and Hygiene:

 

We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guest. All tools and equipment are properly sanitized and disinfected between each use. We use disposable items whenever possible to minimize cross-contamination.

 

Health and Safety:

 

For the safety and well-being of our guest, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness.

 

Payment:

 

We accept cash, credit, or debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Gratuities are appreciated and are at your discretion.

 

Children and Pets:

 

While we love children and pets, we ask that you plan for their care during your appointment to ensure a relaxing experience for all our guest.
